When the engine warms up, (about two to three minutes...) it goes into closed loop, and starts paying attention to the O2 sensor. Try disconnecting the front O2, and see if it still does it. If not, replace the O2.
If it still does, time for a compression test. As the engine warms, parts expand, clearances open up, and you may be marginal on some already, as it gets warmer, they open up to the point the start causing trouble....
