big trouble

If you have to tromp it to the floor to start it, need to have a look at your temp sensor. If the PCM gets an artificially low reading, it will literally DUMP gas, flooding the engine. Stomping it to the floor puts the PCM in "clear flood" mode, and significantly dials back the fuel.

ok heres a question why would it seem like its missing then once it heats up to running temp it starts to bog and backfire and then it dies????

When the engine warms up, (about two to three minutes...) it goes into closed loop, and starts paying attention to the O2 sensor. Try disconnecting the front O2, and see if it still does it. If not, replace the O2.

If it still does, time for a compression test. As the engine warms, parts expand, clearances open up, and you may be marginal on some already, as it gets warmer, they open up to the point the start causing trouble....
