Take old off, put new on. No need to move anything at all or even touch the dizzy. It will just give you major headaches later on.
Might be best to turn the engine over by hand to line up the marks on your old set before removing. It can be pretty easy to be one tooth off when installing a new set and not know it till it's all done otherwise.
thanks guys! sounds pretty straight foreward, pull off the pulleys & line new set evenly, put a new gasket in & replace case.. think iv decided on the CLOYES Part # C3028X from rock auto, only thing that has me now is the gaskets.. whats the difference between the different gaskets & 'seals'?? lol -only bad part about ordering parts :-)

Some of the timing cover gaskets will come with a "sleeve" for the balancer. 99% of the time, it isn't necessary. (and it's a pain to get on there straight in any event.)
Go with Fel-Pro gaskets. Good quality, reasonable price.
How old is your water pump? It has to come off to do the timing set anyway.... might just as well replace it.
