265/75/r16 tires (one of them is an LT). Ill be getting another LT tire to match it in the back. how much would this contribute to mpg loss? truck came stock with 245

even though those are bigger shoes for the truck to turn, you really shouldn't notice much loss. I did the same tire size switch to mine with little mpg loss, like .5 tops.

plenum repaired, plugs changed, cat was gutted before I got it, burns 1-2 between oil changes, transmission has no O/D, o2 has not been changed since I've had it but it's not the original to my knowledge

Has your plenum been repaired with an aluminum plate or oem? If you are losing oil it makes me wonder if the plenum is bad again. I would take out and clean IAC, replace 02 and then focus on why there is no overdrive.

o2 has to have 50,000 or less. plenum was from hughes (I did it). would replacing the o2 possibly bring me back up to 12mpg?

Yeah I would change that one out, cant hurt with that many miles.

We need more specifics: engine size, auto or manual, 4x4 or 2wd, quad cab or reg cab, gears, etc to properly assess...
