Exclamation drvieline vibration, leaking tcase output shaft seal

ok so i just replaced my center support bearing and all 3 u joints and got it all back together and now there is a little bit of dark oil dripping from the tcase output shaft and it seems to have a little vibration in the driveshaft not bad but was not there before i did all this, everything is tight and the 2 piece shaft when i took it off i did not mark it but it has a spot on the splines on both shafts where it only goes together one way any one have ideas for me? do i just put a new seal in it and get the shaft balanced? also when i grab on to the rear shaft by the transfer case i can actual move they entire unit not a lot but i can see the rubber mount moving a little bit but that may be normal

Might be a bad busing in the tailshaft.... not hard to replace, but, the shaft needs to come back out. You can change the seal while you are at it. Bushing is pressed in.....

well took truck out for another drive on a diffrent raod and no real vibration to speak of i think that road just sucked i got it up to 75 and only real vibration is the 33 mud terrain tires and it seems the out put shaft seal is not leaking so bad any more i noticed when i took the drive line out that a little oil leaked out at that time might have been residual and yes i just checked case and it has fluid so hats not why it stopped, so i guess just keep eye on seal ?is it normal for tcase and tranny to move a little ?

Yeah, they are mounted, but, there is a rubber vibration isolator in there as well. Just so long as they don't move too much.

Keep an eye on it, see what happens.

ok so took truck out on its first dirt road since installing the drive shaft and new bearing and the bearing poped out of the rubber housing and the driveshaft was pressed up aginst the tcase, so we crawled under the truck removed the rear half of the shaft and and we got the front shaft pulled back and the bearing back in to the housing and then we mated the rear shaft to the front shaft and lined up the splines but when we we slid the shaft together it seemed to have a air pocket in the yoke so i wiped all grease off and still same thing so i jammed it together a few times and it seemed to get the air out drove truck another 25 miles on paved road then turned off the dirt road and hit first bump and bearing came back out so it seems like the shafts are binding up but there not very weird

It shouldn't do that...... but then, you already knew that. Is it possible the center support bracket is installed backwards?

The front part of the shaft shouldn't have to move when the suspension compresses.... something is awry there, can you post a pic?

Does the front DS move back and forth in the center bearing? It should not. It's been a long time but if I remember right there should be a locking collar, it fits over the one side of the shaft and bearing you turn it till it gets tight then use a drift punch to lock it, then tq a set screw to stop it from coming loose.
