When I disconnected each seat the draw would drop about .2 amps. So with both disconnected I was still getting a .1 amp draw. Must be somewhere farther up. Have to start pulling the carpet up and tracing wires but I won't be able to do that until Sunday or Monday. I'll let you guys know what I find.

No pulling the IOD fuse eliminates the drain with everything off. Putting the IOD fuse in and I have a 0.5 amp draw. If I disconnect the driver seat harness then it's a .3 amp draw, driver and pass seat harness then .1 amp draw.

Could the 0.1 amp draw be from the computer?

No shouldn't be that high. Heyyou posted earlier that the fsm says .005 to .035 milliamps is where it should be. If I pull the iod fuse it's .002 amps.

Possable CTM is not doing it's job. In the 2001 FSM page 452 has diagnostics on how to test it.

Well I've checked everything out and all seems good. The only power draw I can find is the seat belt retractors. From what I've read online it looks like I may have a bad SCTM. I read that it draws about 0.5 amps for about 30 minutes after you shut the truck off then is supposed to deactivate the solenoids and stop drawing current. To test it roll the window down then turn truck off/leave doors closed for at least 30 minutes, then reach in through the window and grab the seatbelt and see if it's locked. I'm going to try this shortly.

I'm not getting anywhere lol. I tried that test and the seat belts were locked like they were supposed to be. Since the SCTM draws .5 amps for about 30 minutes anytime after the battery is initially connected or the door is opened, I carefully hooked up the multimeter- one end to the neg cable and placed the probe on the neg batt terminal, and slipped the cable off. Guess what- I had a .006 amp draw. Maybe that's why I can't find anything wrong. So that leaves the battery which I already had tested and they swore it was good. They said it would show a bad cell or internal short or anything that could possibly be wrong. I'm going to swap the battery with the one in my Ford and see if it follows the battery.

Either that, or you fiddled with the right thing, and solved it, at least temporarily.
