So apparently today I tried starting it from cold and it was giving the same issues. After a little warm up and a couple stalls later is runs just fine and starts up just fine after that. I cleaned the throttle body including the bore for the IAC pretty good. It there anything else it would be or maybe reset something so the IAC gets accurate readings?

If you had the battery disconnected while cleaning the TB (which you should have..) PCM has already reset. If you didn't.... or, if you just wanna take a shot in the dark... disconnect the battery, turn on headlights, turn off headlights, reconnect battery, turn key to "On", (not start) count to ten, THEN start the engine. That will reset the IAC completely. See if it helps.

No codes. I will test the TPS when the wife gets home (hopefully she will help). I would need a fuel pressure gauge to test the fuel pressure. That is that nozzle on the fuel rails that look like a tire valve right?

So I used a voltage meter to check the TPS. Everything seemed fine. constant voltage of .8 and going up and down smoothly as I move the Throttle. AS for checking the fuel pressure. I just looked around and its like $100 bucks for a fuel pressure gauge. Is there a poor mans way of checking the fuel pressure?
