Default P0300 code

I know this is a multiple cylinder misfire code, so is my truck in need of a tune up or do you think the crank position sensor would cause this ?, or maybe a combination of both.

Ive had this truck about a year and a half, and I spent last year restoring the interior and having some suspension work done to it, so this year as soon as the weather warms up I will be having the plenum fixed, a tune up, and a few other things done.

Do that stuff first. That should help quite a bit.

Could be a vacuum leak, fuel pressure/delivery issue, sensor issue, exhaust issue, or ignition issue.

Start with the obvious - check for vacuum leaks, monitor your sensor readings, fuel pressure, etc...
