Default Help with manual trans swap.

I doing a trans swap. But what I need to know is will the pedals out of a 01 dodge ram fit a 97 dodge dakota?

Call the dealer, and check part numbers for the pedal hanger. If the numbers are the same, should bolt right in.

I really just need the pedals, you pull the pin out slide the new pedals in and put the pin back in

hanger is the same for auto/manual? Interesting....... If you have the pedals, give it a shot, see what happens. If you don't, keep looking for Dakota pedals, and be sure they will fit.

If the assembly is the same, the components should be the same... no?

And whilst it might not be my place to point this out, a more descriptive thread title would be beneficial... when is the last time you typed "help" in a search for "pedals"?

We'll I've done that because it seems like a lot of ppl will read the title and not what's inside, I'm looking for a lot of input on doing this swap, just was needing some help was all :/

Is there a place for me to get the Dakota parts book? Then I can compare part numbers. Part number for the Ram are not a problem but I don't work on little trucks lol.
