Question help please

I need help I have a 1994 dodge ram 1500 and I had to get another motor I have a 5.9l and I swapped it with a motor from a 1999 and I cant get it to start

Default will it work

Will that fix the problem I get misfiring and no starting can I just swap the sensors from my old motor to my new one both engines are 5.9l 360's

Yes, you can, in fact, I would recommend it. Problem is, the 99 intake manifold won't have a provision for the temp sensor for the in-dash temp gauge. Make SURE you at least hook up the two-wire temp sensor.

Ok cool I'll do that and see what happens cause I love this truck it the first 4x4 I've ever had and I pulls like crazy but thinks for the help if I have any more problems ill let you know

did you replace the crank sensor after you installed the new motor?

those sensors are known to get destroyed when removing, and installing engines/transmissions.

Well I put a 1999 cps on but thin I swapped it to the 1994 cps but its not new an I've tested it and tests fine should i use the distributor from the 1994 engine to
