Default Misfire and Shaking

So I have a code for a misfire in cylinder 4 and its very noticible at idle and while driving. It gets worse around 35 the whole truck vibrates pretty bad but if I accelerate through it then it evens out at 40-45 and I assume the two issues are related. I have newish plugs wire distributor cap and rotor and nee ignition coil. Timing was also done very recently the plugs are ngk as well so im not sure where to go from here since its only the one cylinder that is giving me trouble. I habe switched the plugs with another cylinder and the problem persisted so im thinking that maybe switch two of the injectors to see if the problem follows? Do you guys have any suggestions ? 2001 dodge ram 1500 208k miles

Alright will do and also I've replaced the head gasket lately so I guess the most likely problem is worn rings if its not the injector correct ?

Other than try to clean it up real good no. Money was tight still is so I was able to have it checked for cracks or anything I mean when I change my head gasket it wasn't a major blowout or anything or due to extreme overheating so I just had to take the risk that it wasn't cracked

You didn't mention plug wires. How old are they?

Start you truck when it's dark, ans take a look under the hood. If you have a bad plug wire it will give you quite a show.

Replaced those along with the plugs and cap and rotor all within maybe only a 500-1000 miles. Did all of this when I did the plenum accidental left it out of the original post

Reroute your plug wires per the bulletin in the faq section here on plug wire routing. See if that helps.
