On Page 6 of the "MonteC's Transmission Corner" thread, is a list of parts he suggested for a member that regularly towed a 7K pound trailer. That would be a good list to go by.

Also, if you still have the stock 3.55 gears in there, you REALLY need to re-gear. 4.56 or 4.88. Go with the lower ratio if you don't do a lot of freeway driving. If you don't regear, your trans is going to hate you.
