Default loud squeak/squeal from front of motor

I have a 1997 dodge ram 1500 that is making a loud squeak/squealing noise from the front of the motor. The noise only happens when the truck has been up to temperature for about 2 minutes. It will NOT make the noise above 2500 rpm or when under load. I have replaced the serp. belt, fan clutch, water pump and alternator because it made a slight squeak. I have also checked the idler pulley and belt tensioner which both felt fine. The noise does not change when you add pressure to the belt, use the a/c, or turn the wheels. I am at a loss and could really use some help. Thanks.

Take the belt off, and spin things by hand. See if anything (that's left...) feels off.

What brand belt?

How is the tensioner spring? Does it give full travel? Nice and strong?

Welcome to DF!

Default I am no expert, but have you installed an after market plenum plate?

I only ask because I just had a mystery squeal that sounded like this:

It turned out to be a leaky plenum gasket. Just a thought if you can't find the source of the noise elsewhere. Good luck!

It could be the belt tensioner bearing. The tensioner is supposed to be replaced ~75K miles, although I know few people who've done so.
