That may explain why your temp gauge doesn't work..... is there a two-wire connector for it? (shouldn't be.....)

The gauge. On your truck, should be one wire. If you plug a one wire connector, into a two wire sensor, it simply doesn't work.

The sensor that I changed was 2 plug, along with the one thats on the passenger side in the intake, I haven't seen any one wire connectors, also I checked with ohm meters and I'm not getting power to my coil at all

I got a PCM from the junk yard today for $50 and it fired right up thanks everybody for your help
