Hello 95 Ram Michigan
Hit it with some chems, put a punch/drift on it, and tap it a few times. (you just want to get it to vibrate a bit, you don't want to damage anything, so, don't hit it too hard.) Use the appropriate size socket on it, not a screwdriver...... See if it wants to break loose.
Worst case, you will have to pull the distributor. (pay attention to where the rotor is pointing. It's important.)

Yah that is exactly what I was thinking and what I really don't want to do so I will try two more possibility before I pull it out. I am not exactly sure what size socket to you. I have tried 6mm and that seems too small, 6.5mm seems just right but wont grab (skips), I cant get 7mm on there due to clearance issues the bolt and the side of the distributor cap has. I'm thinking of getting my dremmel in there and put in a slot and use a flat head screwdriver to unscrew it. Then if all else fails I'll have to drill/grind off the head of the bolt/screw pull the cap off and hope that there is enough of the bolt left to grab it with some vicegrips.
