Fuel consumption increase?
I replaced my stock fuel injectors to 4 hole Bosch 0280155784. The truck responds better and stops lagging when going up hill. Rpms are also lower now when driving. I have had a starting issue now where it cranks a few secs before starting. Then goes used to turn on instantly before swap. The truck seems to be consuming more fuel as well guessing the computer has to catch up. Anyway to make it update faster?
How many miles on the 02 sensors ?, if there original or have more than 80,000 miles on them, they need to be replaced. Don`t us Bosch 02 sensors, they don`t work well in our trucks. Use NTK or Denso 02 sensors.
Where is Spillage and/or Merc? Stock injectors are 2 hole?
Yes, you reset the PCM properly.
Any other tuneup items you addressed same time as injectors? Or with the O2 sensors? IAC kinda comes to mind with the symptoms as well as vacuum leak. Vac leak might have happened at the orings upon injector swap. Did you get new orings? Recheck the seating.

Previous injectors 1 hole. I added a volant air scoop to my current volant intake. Iac I forgot to plug back in after injectors. It threw a code so I plugged it back in. Maybe I should reset it again?
My iac is in my volant cold air intake since the afi air gap had no hole.

IAC is idle air control motor. It's on the back of the throttle body. IAT is Intake Air Temp sensor. It used to be in the passenger side front of the intake, and is now in your cold air intake. IAC would make your truck run funny. IAT would too.... Reset the PCM again after plugging the sensor back in.
Stock injectors are indeed one hole. It's a pencil beam of gas pointed at the backside of the intake valve. Idea there is, the hot valve basically boils off the gas.... giving you a nice burnable vapor getting sucked into the cylinder.
