Thanks. I splurged for the fuel line tool and found a fuel pressure gauge. I disconnected the line at the midpoint, as I knew gas was getting that far and blew the line out from the top. I also stuck the air hose into the rail after pulling the schrader valve out and blew out the rail opening. Put it all back together and got pressure at 39psi. All looked good. By now, the temp is 10 degrees outside and below freezing in the garage. Still would not start normally. I did the flood start (foot to the floor) and it finally caught. Some rough running passed and all seems fine now.

Yep, 39 on a 95 is correct. Did anything interesting come out of your lines??
