5.2 to 5.9, with an auto to manual Swap to boot.
Just talked to David at Clearwater Cylinder heads (Odessa) told him what I want to do and said he can do exactly what I want, brand new heads for not a bad price, definitely what I want to do!
My new set of springs is not beehive, it's the spring with dampner type.

Are you missing anything? You have or getting new hardened pushrods, and new lifters? There's always more to add-on but I think those 2 are pretty important.

You'll lose a little in the bottom end but the 2.02s will pick up a little performance above 3500 rpm.
No idea about the difference in flow rate.
Dave built my heads, they are good people to deal with. So how much are they gonna cost? Last I checked they were going for $1050 pair
1997JollyGreenGiant has a set of EQ 2.02s in the DF user classifieds for only $500, they have very little use and have a fresh valve job. I would definitely buy those if I was in the market.

Odessa/Clearwater, and a heap of other companies big and small use these castings... they machine and port to their own and/or customer spec's.
Regardless of who works them, they're better than the Chinese cast knockoffs, and the stock heads.
Odessa have a reputation for being the cost effective source for EQ's.

I talked to David at Clearwater and said that I should be fine with stock pushrods and lifters but I might do what you said and get some hardened pushrods here.
I do want to but his heads, but I'm just worried about how that pushrod ate up that one side of the head. Nothing against him or anything, it just worries me and if I do buy brand new heads I get the 5/year warranty also, although saving $400 would be great and more than halfway getting my intake manifold...
EQ (Engine Quest) is the Aussie company that casts the new beefier magnum heads.

Dean98ram1500, I still have the camshaft that's perfect for Beeker's springs, you can PM me an offer if you like. It's the Hughe's HER0814AL and I'd give you a good price. I've also got some High Performance roller lifters, but I might want to hold onto those myself
