Track Bar?

Track Bar?
I have a 99 1/2 ton 4wd with a two inch leveling kit. I have replaced almost everything in the front end and im down to the track bar. I know these trucks are bad about track bars but ive heard people talking about some that are reinforced, what is the best one for my truck? Thanks and Merry Christmas.

Like HeyYou mentioned, if you plan to keep the truck awhile, install a conversion bracket to allow the use of a 3rd gen style track bar. Here is a sample of the bracket kits available:

Once you have the bracket installed, you can install a 3rd gen style track bar - an example is shown below:

I made this conversion and this setup will outlive me. About the only thing that can go bad are the poly bushings and they are easily replaceable.

Installation was very simple. The hardest part was the removal of the old track bar at the ball joint end. This new track bar has no ball joint to fail, so it will last the life of the truck - the only wearable items are the poly-urethane bushings in each end, which are easily replaceable.

BD Diesel is another choice.

DT PRO FAB offers the best T-bar for these Rams with a heavy duty drop bracket or DOR he offers a good T-bar but he also uses the DT PRO FAB bracket then builds the bar. Both will set you back over 400.EDIT...The DT bar uses a Johnny joint at the frame end and a poly bushing at the axle.
