Well crap haha I don't have the money for a 4or 5 inch lift so I guess I'll just do the 2 or 3 inch cool spacers I guess then haha

Just buy some lift 2"-3" lift coils and call er good. You could even look for springs from Offroad edition Ram for the lift you want. Personally I would not use a 3" spacer... seems sketchy in my opinion.

Just buy 2 or 3 inch lift coil springs? An should I raise the rear up anymore?

2-3 inches in front will fairly well level the truck. If you actually use your truck AS a truck..... a load/heavy trailer will have you squatting in back. If it becomes an issue, address it. If it doesn't, don't worry about it.

If you decide to address it though, go with a full length add-a-leaf.

Yes use coil springs. This will level your truck, if you load the bed down regularly get a 2" add-a-leaf, in the long form

Ok so don't useblocks in the rear? An were can I get 3 inch lift coils at?

I never recommend blocks. Some will disagree but if youre gonna lift you might as well do it right instead of cheaping out..
