i just checked still getting the 5v pulse from the crank sensor and the injectors are still firing i just lost signal to the coil i have 12v +side no - pulse from PCM though

PCM controls the ground. It simply completes/breaks the circuit to fire the coil. Put your test lite across the pins on the coil connector, crank the engine, see if it flashes.
