No I don't believe it does but I will check at lunch. The thing is the buttons kind of stick in so I crawled under to see if the guy unplugged the horns and that isn't the case. I just downloaded the service manual for this truck and it is giving me some good ideas. I will let you all know what I find.

The horn is fixed and it ended up being the fuse. I did check and the light next to the cruise control on button does go on and off. The control does not seem to engage when the SET button is pressed.

That's probably a vacuum issue. The battery likes to drip nasty stuff onto the cruise servo, right under the battery..... (brilliant location guys....) and it eats things. May have to pull the battery, and tray, to see whats up there.
