Sorry I didn't get back to you with more details on the grounds and why I thought they were the issue right away . I had this similar issue before . Over the years , one thing I have learned about Dodges is that , a electrical problem that can't be fixed by the obvious is in the wiring . I've even rewired the CPS to solve issues . Resoldered headlight switches , vehicle info displays , wiper motors , etc etc . Wiring and electrical components are terrible in Dodge vehicles , maybe I should say , it's on par for the auto industry .
