Hey yeah sorry I have a crap load of updates. I hardly ever get on here anymore I've been pretty much updating the build thread only over on ********.com, I'm under the same screen name.....I'll try and get the progress updates posted over here tonight as we'll. I just finished the paint/cut/buff work up and the motor has been done and running. If you go over there to check out the updates before tonight, let me know what ya think of how she's turning out

Ok guys' here are the updates.....Im just going to copy and paste them from the other websites so i'm sorry if they look a little weird.
Well, finally got the truck started up this evening. I still have a few issues to work out but for the most part she is running effin awesome. Fired right up on the first try. The first video is of one of the start up right after i up loaded the HemiFever tune to the ECM, the idle was resting at about 1000rpm at idle. The second video is after messing with the truck for a while i got the idle down to 800rpm but only after disconnecting the IAC sensor. Not sure why i can not get the motor to idle lower than 1000rpm i even tried adjusting the hidden idle set screw and still no changes.
BTW, these video's do NOOOO justice for the sound in person

Little update.....Got all of the new interior back in and man i am digging the color choices i decided to go with! Also, got the truck down on all 4's like it should be, i now realize i want to swap out the front rubber's to a taller, slightly wider size. And the front springs need a full re-work as one side is sitting 2" taller than the other. I blame the aftermarket DJM lower control arm's and the placement of the the "spring pocket keepers". So i plan on cutting them off and re-welding new ones on where they are supposed to be, and getting a Factory set of springs and slowly cut them down until i get that perfect ride height i am wanting.
Also, i am about to start the color sanding process that is the few grey area mark's you see.....Test area's lol

So i started on the whole color sanding process about a week ago. And i gotta say, i will never ever ever try this again i will pay someone before ever messing with it. I wet sanded the entire truck, by hand, starting with 400grit, 500grit, 600grit, 800grit, 1000grit, 1500grit, 2000grit, 3000grit. And in some places it looks AWESOME but in others it looks like there are still some deep scratches HOPEFULLY the Mequiar's M105 cutting compound will get them out.
With just hand sanding alone, i have over 20 man hour's logged. As of right now i am just now beginning to buff/polish the truck and i wanted to experiment with a small section of the hood to try out my new buffer. I ended up going with the Dewalt DWP849 with various cutt/buff/polish pad's and wool pad's as well. I have not purchased any M105 compound yet, this was simply done with some off the shelf ultimate compound that you can buy at walmart that i had laying around, i then layed down 1 coat of wax to see what it would look like.
The paint had some serious defect's in it, again i dont claim to be a painter lol. In the end it will be a very nice daily driver paint job, no where near badass show quality that's for sure.
Anyways, here goes some pictures......
