Default 97 dodge ram jerking

So when i'm driving normaly about 50mph my truck start to jerk once or sometimes when its really bad 5 sec of none stop jerking. It will also do it for a sec every now and again while stop at a light will in drive. The tachometer will sometimes fluctuate but not always. It will do this almost everytime i drive up hill too until i step on the gas then it guns and drive fine for a few minutes. I tried turning off OD but it changes nothing. There are no codes either.

Time for new plugs at any rate......

What brand O2 sensor?

Think I would try unplugging the upstream O2, and drive it like that for a bit, and see if anything changes.

I believe it's Mopar but I'm not 100% sure. It only does this when the truck is warm. The spark plugs are iridium and are supposed to last 50000 I pulled 3 out and they look geat. Thanks for the reply

Ooo. Rare Earth plugs.... Our engines generally don't care for those, I have seen rather mixed results from them. I would be tempted to swap 'em out, and see if that makes a difference. (just get some good copper plugs.)

All codes are double digit if using the key dance. Check it again and see what the second code is. 55 is normal(end).

have you fixed your plenum yet? 300 is random cylinder misfire, the others refer to miss on specific cylinders. This is a classic sign of blown plenum.

I rebuilt the heads 3 years ago and when i did that i replaced the steel plenum with a soild aluminum one that my uncle bought for me it cost roughly 100 dollars but i dont know the brand. I looked inside the air intake a few hours ago and it was perfectly clean with no oil inside.
