Does your 4x4 lite come on? Sounds like the cad is not doing its job.

when you say CAD are you talking about the parts on the passenger side of the front axle?

The CAD is the center axle disconnect. It's the bulbous thing on the axle tube, supposedly with vacuum lines going to it.
