If you have the factory aux cooler, compare your new one, to the factory one. Install whichever one is BIGGER. No need for both.

Ok got timing gears and all new cooling system with a 180 stat in runs about 184.6 down the highway seems to have a little more pep also but for now that stuff is done gear install will start tomorrow

well got the gears installed and drives so much better very happy with them, only thing now is the truck seems to shift a bit harder/firmer? normal?

its running better, so, might just be normal. So long as it isn't harsh, smile, and enjoy it.

Make sure you have an ACCURATE torque wrench.

You are going to need a 8mm (or 5/16ths) square socket for the adjustment, not going to find that in a store.

-Also need a 8mm open end wrench
-A 3/8ths drive T40 socket
-A deep 3/4 socket
-An inch pound torque wrench as mentioned.

I like the way this youtube guy does it on his 727, keep in mind our adjustment is slightly different
