Default Best hub assembly?

Here in a couple months as part of the lift I'm putting on my truck I'm replacing ball joints u joints and both hub assemblies just to start fresh.

What's a good replacement without breaking the bank? There are Timken ones on Summit for about 130 bucks each. But they also have Summit brand ones at half the cost.

Don't really know what direction to go. Any help would be appreciated

+1 for Timken - they make great bearings! Their grease seals, not so much..

Try calling Summit to find out who makes the specific part number you're looking at. Summit rebrands a lot of famous maker parts so they might be Timken or Moog.

Timken makes top notch roller bearings. They don't, apparently, make their own ball bearing assemblies. If you're buying a Timken ball bearing part, check the box to see if it's made in China. IIRC these trucks use tapered roller bearings, so they're probably good stuff.

Moog used to be great - until Federal Mogul bought them and started outsourcing more and more stuff to China. Check the box.
