Casting numbers might tell you something, but, I don't think the resources for that for dodge are quite as prolific as they are for chevy......

Unfortunately, under the valve cover.... cast into the head itself.

That's not bad. It's easy enough to get the covers off. I may as well check. New heads would be amazing

Even if they are simply new stock heads, probably be better than the old ones you have on there now.

My point exactly. Always nice to have spares till I do the exhaust and maybe that piston ring before it fails...

Also. Where is a good place to buy a temp sensor? The single wire sensor as mine just broke... Plus it was reading 20* higher than it should have.

Any parts store should have it. It's not a critical sensor, so, shouldn't matter what brand. (so long as it works.)

That's why I tried originally but it was off 20* well till it broke... Hah.

Ooops. Grab another one, see how close it is. Or, go to the dealer, and see if they can get you one. (that should, at least, be reasonably accurate.....)
