Tranny fluid
I've had it, i just replaced 3 seals in the tranny a month ago, less then 1000 miles goes by and the pressure sensors decides to take a dump again. i'm done, im ordering the borg warner set. Think itll be ok to pour the tranny fluid back in if its only got a few hundred miles on it, i dont wanna spend another 50 bucks on fluid.

I had to make an account just to comment on this one. Anything that has oil will have metal in it at some point. Normally at break in. That ls why you have a magnetic plug. Telling someone to figure out why they have metal is misleading. Obviously you have never changed a fluid of your own or touched a wrench.

I was an ASE Master Mechanic. 20 years working on aircraft. 10 years as a Naval weapons system mechanic. Don't jump to conclusions. I don't have the truck in front of me to do a visual inspection. I err on the side of caution. It's been 7, SEVEN years from the posting date. Why, to troll people?
