Default 4X4 vibration

After replacing my clutch i have been feeling some vibrations at 65+mph in 2hi. I put my truck in 4hi today just to test it and i have a massive vibration at 40 mph. Any help is appreciated.

All your u-joints tight? Bolts for the driveshafts tight? Rear u-joint seated all the way into the yoke? One or two piece driveshaft? (also, this is the second gen section, you really want to be in the first gen section.)

Welcome to DF!

My cover photo is a gen 1 😀... I have checked all the u joints the seem ok no play in the shafts. I have a 1 piece drive shaft. When i did the clutch everything when back together smooth. Would this have anything to do with a t case saver?

Maybe...... Wouldn't hurt to check it at least. Do you still have the vibration if you push in the clutch?

But does the vibration change when you push in the clutch? Or is it still pretty much the same?

Check them first. Push and pull on the driveshaft and see if you can move it. Front and rear. Also the axle u joints as well.
