Default Loss of power ?

I have a 96 R1500 with 5.2 auto 4x4 and yesterday i was going down the road and it acts like it is losing power and dying out and then it kinda gets back normal ? It has done it before but not alot ! Could the IAC cause that or a bad pcm ?

Not the IAC it only controls the idle rpm. Could be the pcm but there are a lot of other things that could cause your problem before you swap out the pcm. How's your plenum, was it repaired? How recent are the plugs and wires and cap/rotor? Are the spark plug wires routed per tsb so they don't cross or touch other wires? May want to change front O2 sensor, coolant temp sensor, and pcv valve if it's been a while.
