Default Truck shakes bad

So I replaced my timing gears, chain, water pump etc. The truck did this before as well but I would be driving and hit a bump and the truck would feel like a jack hammer but then once I released the gas it would calm down and be fine. Its thrown codes for cylinder 4 and cylinder 4 fuel injector immediately after but not at the same time. Eventually the code would vanish. O2 sensor code also pops up but it has anytime I get a code. The transfer case rear seal is leaking to some degree so I plan to replace it. The other thing is the tiniest bump on the road makes me feel like something is dropping and then bouncing back up but its not the truck but feels like underneath. The mounts look fine and the transmission mount was just replace with the new transmission back in march. Any ideas would be helpul or is the rear seal causing this?

Thanks

Shocks ok? What about all your plugs? Checked connections on fuel injectors? As for the dropping what do you mean?

Two separate problems there. Sounds like death wobble, and a performance problem..... How's your track bar?

Track bar and all tie rods and components have been replaced with moog parts this past February. Ball joints and u joints are good. Only thing with some slight shimmy is pitman arm. It did have the death wobble before these were replaced. The drop feels like im loaded down so i get that extra bounce but it feels like its under the truck doing it not the whole thing. Shocks are about 2.5-3yrs old. Injectors have an adaptor on them since they dont wire properly. I ran some lucas oil through my gas tank and the truck doesnt shake as often. The shake does occur around 40mph which i know is the death wobble area but i dont feel anything loose.

What size tires, and what gears?

Have you fixed your plenum yet?

Plenum is fixed and has a hughes intake manifold now. Tires are back to stock size 245/75r16 switched them back before this issue. Motor mounts look fine or is there another way to inspect them?

Probably still whatever it came stock with..... (so, probably 3.55)

Can you make the noise by bouncing the truck? (sitting still)

Its not really a noise but a feeling over every bump. I checked the build sheet from Chrysler its 3.55 originally and I doubt they regeared it. The truck does occasionally make a grinding noise when turning at any amount which comes from the rear axle.
