Cool, also could anyone recommend/link a good but not overpriced set of 4.10 gears that would include everything Id need to do a proper swap?

Check Randy's Ring and Pinion. They will have a variety of choices for ya.

Found this, and from what I've read its a reliable brand: http://www.ringpinion.com/b2c/Produc...nd_Pinion_Sets

Besides this set, what else would I need to swap the gears out, other internals?

Also, does anyone know about what RPM it would cruise at on the highway with 4.11's with a 5.9?

3.55's currently? What size tires?

There are charts in various places (google is your friend) that will tell you.

Here is a good chart. Keep in mind, that's calculated for being in what would be third gear.... 1:1 ratio. For RPM in O/D, multiply by .69

In response to your original question, there was a fellow, Lawman from Texas, on one of the other forums adding bolt on parts to a stock 5.9 V8 and dyno testing with very good results. These forums are full of BS, his post seems legit, but as is also normal on the forums, he kinda dropped out in the middle, so who knows. That will give you something to think about.
Ringandpinion.com is Randy's and there is a very good calculator on that site:
http://www.ringpinion.com/Calculators/Calc_RPM.aspx
Lets you play with rearend ratios. He'll have a limited slip and a gearset for your 9.25.
In response to your post from Dec. regarding parts. Many people are handicapped by location, but where I am at, I have no problems finding rust free V8 trucks on the street or on Copart.com for 9-1400 USD. On Copart I would be looking at a decent runner that has been hit in the side or the rear, on the street I buy lower mileage trucks with blown transmissions. Sell what you dont need and crush the rest. Out here a fairly well stripped truck is still worth about 200 USD at the crusher. Most of what you need to get rolling would be close to free by the time you are done.
