Should be set to 0 correct ?
Set it to +2. 0 is a tad too slow.

Also swap #2 and #1 injectors and see if that follows. If it does you got a bad injector. Not until after seeing fuel sync though

I know this is probably a silly question, but I don't work on engines much. Little stumped on how to adjust. from what I gather there's a clamp down bolt that I loosen and have to the turn the whole distributor ?

Could you make my life easy and explain how to do this ? Thanks !

Fuel sync should be +-7 degrees, so, yours is definitely out of spec. (and easily fixed.)

Swap the injectors on cylinders 2 and 4, that will tell you if it is an injector problem or not.

Use the scanner to check how many degrees you're out. loosen the bolt, slowly and very slightly spin the distributor counter clockwise to advance. Tighten bolt and check again.

So I changed the fuel sync to about +2
Saw a small change in how it was running but once it warmed up it started popping again, swapped injectors around and the misfire followed so I got a new injector and so far runs like a champ. Idle is around 1200 which to me seems high ? Maybe that's average for these trucks ?

I'd also like to say thank you to everyone that helped me out ! Couldnt have done it without your guys knowledge ! Much appreciated

Should idle around 600 or so in gear.

Couple questions

I have a popping exhaust, but I don't have any missfire codes, I defiantly have a miss
But I also have a fuel leak
Could the leak be causing my miss. Why isn't there a code for my miss?

The PCM may not see it as a miss..... It may just be poor combustion, like, if the exhaust valve doesn't seal well. Have you done a compression test?

High idle could be caused by a dirty IAC. be careful of the plunger when you clean it.
