It ended up being a vacuum leak !

It was on the passenger side of the motor just under the fuel rail, one of the rubber nipples came off. Must have happened when I was swapping injectors

Funny how the smallest little piece of rubber can cause such a big issues hahaha, now its time to solve the transfer case
