Default Vacuum Issues?

Alright first sign of any kind of vacuum issues was the fact my 4wd light never went out, was kinda fine with that till today, i noticed that my floor was wet down by the seat but not up by the dash started the truck (after i got my o2 sensor fixed and i can say that didnt do a dang thing )
turned the heat to hot, turned the fan on high and put the vent selector to the floor, came back maybe 15 minutes later after changing a brake light bulb and going to the bathroom, checked the floor, still wet, put my hand under the dash no air, put the selector on face vents, nothing, put my hands over the defrost vents bingo found my air
since ive had the truck i dont remember them working right or not, a while back i pulled the climate control to see if i could find where a connector goes but i dont think anything got pulled loose
would the 4wd light and this and my rough idle be combined somehow?

Entirely possible.

The vents, and 4x4 lite, are all vacuum controlled. Have a look on the passenger side of the intake, where all the bag 'o snakes are at. You probably have something broken/disconnect, and that will give you the issues you are seeing.

Keep in mind, one of those vacuum lines goes down to the transfer case, so, have a good look at ALL of them. (there is also a green line that comes back up from the t-case, that doesn't go anywhere.... that's a vent line, doesn't connect to anything.)

Isn't there a green vacuum line that runs down the pass side of the block (dangerously close the the exhaust manifold) down to the actuator on the front
differential/rear?

on mine, the lines to the actuator are red, and black... white is source vacuum to the switch, and green is the vent line. No idea if that was consistent across model years.

Yep. Check it at both ends. Battery likes to drip stuff on the cruise module, which is right underneath it.... (yeah, that was a good plan.....)

Well, that didn't help, seems like the elbo thing right there on the passenger side if the intake kegger dosent sit on there very tight, jiggles one of the little plastic hoses and it came right off, thinking about cleaning it up some and wrapping it with a few wraps of tape to tighten it up and see what that'll do

It's just a short rubber piece on the end of a plastic hose, isn't it? Just replace the rubber part.
