Does the Snappy box actually control the idle? Bring it up and down? If it does, the IAC is actually doing it's job. If it is slow to react, or, doesn't always pay attention to what you are telling it to do, then replacement probably wouldn't be a bad idea. Get one from the dealer. More expensive, but, it actually works right.... More than I can say for the aftermarket fellers you get from the parts store.

Upstream o2 says I'm running rich
Okay here's where I'm at, it turns out I replaced the upstream o2 before, thought I did downstream oppps.
So here's the data. At running temp
Upstream o2 bounces from 0.06 to 0.84 (V)
Upstream exh. Literally as I'm watching the data goes. Rich, lean, rich, lean, rich, center, rich, lean. Seems to be random
Downstream sitting solid at 4.98 (V)
Also not idling proper sitting at 928 rpm
So here's the data. At running temp
