IAC, TPS, vacuum leak. Should be a vacuum diagram underhood. What is the code?

Cannot find any vacuum leaks. Reset everything and still nothing. Got it to idle at 800 for about 30 seconds then slowly rose to about 960 -1000

Clean the throttle body. Maybe the IAC is jamming up in the well. (reset pcm after cleaning.)

I'll check tonight (I have the snap on red brick) if I do recall correctly last night when I was testing stuff a code popped up with something getting over max voltage, now I don't remember what it was cause I was annoyed with the truck at that point and just cleared the codes and left it ! But I did unplug the IAC and all sensors on throttle body and plug back in so maybe it threw a code when I did that.

When I set the rev to 2000 and go out a listen to the motor (with air filter off) the IAC is sucking in a lot of air ! That normal ?

At 2K rpm, and closed throttle, I should think so.
