They replaced a harness? So, where is the old one? By law, you are entitled to at least inspect any parts they replaced....... If they don't have the old one, then, it didn't happen.

I would be real tempted to take the truck to a better trans shop, have it fixed right, and then sue the original shop for the repair cost.
