I wouldn't expect those results. That IS an oddity. Wonder if it just got its info from the rear wheel speed sensor instead????? Is the PCM that smart? (doubt it....)

Thats why I asked about years. The only issue I've ever had, with that part at least, is a mil for no speedo signal. That didn't show up until after a canned tune from hemifever (91 octane with trans delete), other than when unplugged earlier. The tune was added shortly after the body swap, which deleted the auto trans.

Still no success. Changed the pressure solinoid in trans aND still nothing. Someone told me brake light switch. Replaced that still nothing. I have 3 wires coming off of vss and all three are reading proper based off of service manual. What would cause the pcm not to get this info. Also getting code 17 now which is no output from vss but my output wire is sending proper voltage

Signal comes out of VSS on the White/Orange wire. It goes to splice S131, and from there, goes to the PCM, and the Instrument cluster. I suspect that the wire leading to the PCM is where your issue is. It hits the PCM at pin 47, check and see if you are getting signal there.

What are the order for the pins on the pcm?

If you don't already have one, grab the 95 service manual from here. Connector pin-outs are at the end of the electrical section. (8W) I think.

I'm not getting voltage at the pcm. I've been tracing the wire but it looks in really good shape. I really don't want to rip **** up to find one little break. Is there any way I could bypass it or maybe even rewire it?

Find the splice, run a new wire from there to the PCM. Either that, or just tap into the signal wire anywhere its convenient, and run it up to the correct pin on the PCM.
