when I bought my SS/T last august I had the same problem on the left side
ended up being corrosion and lack of contact tension inside the bulb socket
cleaned them with folded up piece of 400 grit sand paper and got in there with
a pick and bent them out ever so slightly

and dilectric installed new bulb and no problem since

Awesome im gonna try that I was gonna go get a test light and a can of electronic cleaner from pepboys when they open, do you think I should spray some of that in the socket?

yep, try giving the socket contacts a cleaning. I don't see where contact cleaner would hurt just make sure its dry inside before grease and new bulb
