Ok, that's pretty normal. Gotta expect SOME wear on older truck. Just clean it out, put in fresh fluid, and call it a day. (80W90 for normal use, 75w140 if you tow/haul a lot.)

Will do. I guess whenever this rain stops, I will track down all of my vacuum lines and see how they look. I dont know where else to look. It cant be the front end because the engine is stalling and the axle it out. Rear end looks good. I dont think 2 transfer cases would do the can't same thing. What else is left? Has to be something to do with a vacuum right? This truck is killing me lol.

Think I would check the front axle anyway. Might be something internal that is binding up when the axle locks in.

Jack up the front, make sure the cad is engaged. (4x4 lite is on) Try and spin things. See if anything presents itself.
