When I get off of work I'm going to disconnect vacuum lines to each actuator and drive it and see if it goes away. Also gonna take out the vacuum res. to see if it has a crack in the casing. Also which direction are check valves suppose to be flowing? Maybe he put them in the wrong way

Should be an arrow on the valves that point toward the engine. If not, suck on each end. The end that allows you to pull air thru it, goes toward the motor.

The dealer ordered my check valves and I got them today, replaced them both and I didn't like how he had the vacuum hoses barely on any fittings. Replaced everything....AND NO LUCK!!!

How so I test my actuators for leaks? And my next step is to actually unbolt the vacuum resovoir and look for cracks.

Try holding a piece of garden hose or similar to your ear and poke around to see if you can hear it.

Need a hand powered vacuum pump, and a short piece of line. Mighty Vac is a pretty good tool for just such an occasion.

I never saw one before I just looked them up, I could use that to test the actuators correct? Also couldn't I use that on every vacuum line and see if any of them are leaking?

Some of them are actually designed to leak.... but, for the most part, yeah.

Bringing this back to life! I've had no luck with this, I left it alone to be honest. My next step was to figure out why my ac is not blowing hard! So I checked the fresh door actuator and that wasn't the problem. I noticed the ac is coming through the floor and the vents even when on max ac! When I switch it to just the vents no change, but when i switch it back to max ac I hear a "kirplunking" noise but it still just blows both ways!

Max A/C blows out the vents in the dash, and the floor, but, it also closes off the outside air intake. It recirculates the air in the cab. So, at least something is working.....

I *think* you can get to the various vacuum motors that control the vents, might try checking each one, and make sure they are getting good vacuum, on both ports, depending on where the selector is set. (vacuum holds them closed, as well as opening them.)

Also, might want to drop the blower motor, check the intake for debris, and also the evap core, which you will be able to see in there. It also tends to collect stuff, and plug up.
