Also I feel I have to defend my NAPA guys... not their fault.. it's my responsibility to look at everything before I attach to truck. They're great to work with and really knowledgeable.

Default return fuel line

I think the port you're showing is a return fuel line from the fuel rails. The pump pressurizes the fuel rails and excess pressure is bled off and returns to the extra port in the fuel pump.

Not on our trucks. The regulator is in the fuel pump module, and returns excess fuel directly back to the tank. There is no return line. At least, not stock anyway.

You only get power for three seconds, unless the PCM sees the engine turning.

I have 0.81 showing at prime and during cranking I get .8 but only less than a second.

Swap the ASD relay with another one, see if anything changes.

ok... this is nuts...i swapped with the horn relay...and...it attempted to start. It threw out the starter a half dozen times or so and even attempted to idle twice around 700 rpm only acting like its not getting enough fuel when the starter kicks out. Most life its had in a month

I just ran back out and the ASD relay is stupid loose....wont hardly hold the relay in place... have you ever taken the PCM out and replaced terminal connections? can this be done??
