Check fuses in the PDC. Check connections there as well.

Do the gauges test when you turn the key to start?

The pcm or ecm wouldn't just go out like that? Or could it? how could I test to know I'm at a loss .. on the pass side there is a double wire to the ground on battery that when you connect to bat the asd relay clicks with key off or on... tried it on a 2000 dodge and it don't click like mine if I pull a fuse don't remember which one the relay buzzes .. some one said chk the bcm isn't that the same as pcm

Possibly the PCM, maybe the ignition switch. Going to have to check and see where you do, and do not, have power with the key on.

PCM will engage the ASD relay for three seconds when you first turn the ignition on. After that, it has to see the engine turning (crank, or cam sensor) to re-engage it.
