Ghost problem now starting prob
I have a 99 Cummins 3500 4x4 and I have been chasing a ghost. Codes left an right TPS, AIT, MAP AND PCM. well figured that out it was the batteries post. While that was going on you could hop in and it would bust over like normal now you have to wait on the chime for the seatbelt or dash.. any ideas

It's like the pcm hasn't told lift pump to turn on.. I have a fass pump when you hear the chime the pump cycles and it bust over. But till then it will crank till batteries are dead. I'm thanking loose wire some where but no clue. I'm going to try and disconnect both batteries and reset ect and pcm tonight and see what that does.. just looking for a little insight
Yes has the relay that plugs in to the factory lift pump wiring to turn on relay. If you turn on key to roll up/down windows then turn off key the pump will run for about 15-30 sec then turn off. But if you turn key to run and leave on, in about 15-20 sec pump will cycle and it will start as soon as you pump the key ... PDC?

Is the PCM just not triggering the relay, or is the relay slow to react? That seems like a strange one. Swap out the relay, with another one, see if anything changes.

I will try that.. it has 2 relays 1- 30 amp that is for that fass pump then one in the PDC. The wiring to the pump has +/- wire with 30 amp fuse that ties in to the plug for the fass relay and plug for the factory pump then +/- to fass pump
