Woo hooi fixed well you ever have one of those ( im a dunb @$$!!!) Well I was going to check the power to the PCM but my volt meter cord was to short to reach battery so I was going to use a body screw . Then touched the pos post on bat 1.23V ... what? Touched both post on bat 13.4V ok..... com gets ground from body why do I not have body ground ... found another wire connected to bat and body... bingo! All can back ok where did I loose it.. well it had dropped under battery on drv side..

 

LOL. Well, it's fixed, and that's the important part.
