Getting spark but no fuel.. need help
Well, it seems that everything that is supposed to, is getting power, but, you still aren't getting power back to the pump..... that implies that the PCM isn't triggering the relay..... Maybe...
So, try this trick: Put the red probe on the batter positive terminal, stuff the black probe into pin 85 of the relay socket, and have someone else turn the key to "On". You *should* see 12 volts for about 3 seconds.

so do you think it's bad computer or wiring? What about the crank sensor do you think that could be bad?
IF you are getting spark, then the crank sensor is doing its job. So far, everything is pointing to the PCM not triggering the relay, or, wiring between relay and PCM being bad.
If you short pin 30, to pin 87 the pump SHOULD run....... If it doesn't, then there is more than one problem.

Ok, so the PCM is actually trying to control the relay.
So, plug the relay back in, put your finger on it. have someone else turn the key to "on". Do you feel the relay click? Should happen twice within about three seconds.

I bought a computer and it still would not start. I'm going to try and splice the wiring from relay to pump and run a new wire to see if wiring is bad might try same thing with wiring from relay to computer. If neither of those work I don't know where to look next.
Check and see if the PCM is actually controlling the relay. Put your finger on it, have someone turn the key on. You should be able to feel the relay click. If it does, then the problem is between the relay, and the pump.
