Signal and Flasher problem on 96 2500 Cummins

Problem solved. I had no voltage to the Fuse C. I crimped an eye fitting on a short jumper from the power lug and fed power to the fuse and the ciruits work fine now and still fuse ptotected as well Thanks for all of the help!!
