Sorry I meant at idle, when warm, the voltage is .1 volts and below. When started cold it starts at 1 volt and steadily drops without bouncing up in voltage.

Yeah, it takes a minute or three for the heater to get the sensor hot enough to actually start working, so, that's fairly normal.

Remind me.... Truck runs the same with the sensor unplugged?

Disable the PCV system. Just pull the hose off the intake, and plug the port. (on the intake.) Disconnect the other hose from the air box, and plug the hose. Take off the oil fill cap, and run the engine. Do you feel a breeze coming out? Or is it still sucking in?

Ok, so much for that thought.......

At this point, I am at a loss. Everything appears to be working as it should, but, it's not.... And you still aren't getting any misfire codes?

No codes, even on the scanner. I don't know if it narrows down the problem but I forgot to mention one the symptom. When it is cold and the clutch is depressed, while moving and shifting gears, the rpms will go up. This is with me being extra conscious not touch the gas pedal at all. If I'm shifting and not giving gas it will go up maybe 100-200 rpms (which I think is normal while warming up still) and if I'm giving it some good amount of gas it can go up maybe 300-500rpms. This symptom goes away when the motor starts idling better.

Might try running the engine nice and warm, plug the scanner in, turn engine off, ignition back on, and thump the gas pedal a couple times. Does TPS value come back to the same spot each time?
